OCC CLEAN & SIMPLE 4 Day 1 Embossing /SSS Wednesday Challenge

on February 3, 2015

Denise G.

This is another “tile” created from a coaster.  I cut the coaster to a 2 x 2 inch square and masked the surface with a post-it square that is backed with adhesive.  I ran the die through the Sizzix and it cut through the post-it square and embossed the coaster. In hindsight, the post-it wasn’t the best choice for the coaster because the top layer of the coaster came off with the post-it in some spots.  I colored the square with pigment inks and applied three layers of clear embossing powder.

Die:  My Favorite Things

Inks:  Versa Color Peony, Versa Fine Deep Lagoon, ColorBox Glacier Ice

Stamp:  Lil Inker Designs Stay Beautiful

Gold thread, Heidi Swapp Mint Green Color shine, Hero Arts Gold Metallic spray
